Programs & pricing

You're not paying for visits. You're paying for an outcome.

At your Roadmap we define the result and the window. The program is one flat price; the number of visits is my job to figure out — not yours to budget for.

Why there's a cap: direct text access, visits as needed, and a guaranteed outcome aren't possible with a waiting room full of patients. I treat a maximum of 10 at a time — that's the model, not a marketing line.

Now accepting founding patients — 3 of 5 founding spots remaining. Your Roadmap is how you claim a spot — book the assessment and your place is held while we figure out exactly what's wrong.

The Roadmap

Every patient starts here — one comprehensive assessment, never discounted, never a teaser.

The Roadmap

A 90+ minute, fellowship-level assessment — no cap on the time

$225 office  /  $275 home

  • No cap on time — I take as long as I need to fully understand your condition
  • Root-cause diagnosis
  • A written plan with the outcome defined in your own words
  • Comprehensive movement assessment
  • A straight answer on whether PT is even the right tool

Not sure this is for you? Book a free 10-minute Fit Call first — I'll tell you honestly whether PT is the right tool.

Outcome Programs

I'm the only PT you'll meet whose incentive is to get you better in fewer visits — your price doesn't change either way.

The Reset

A clear problem interfering with your sport or life

$1,050 office  /  $1,250 home

Typical window: 6–10 weeks

  • Visits as needed
  • Custom home program with video library
  • Direct text access to me between visits
  • Objective re-testing
  • Outcome defined & guaranteed

Complex Case Intensive

“Nothing else has worked” — prior PT, injections, or imaging without answers

$1,950 office  /  $2,250 home

Typical window: 8–12 weeks, scoped at the Roadmap

  • Everything in The Reset
  • Extended diagnostics
  • Coordination with your physician
  • Written case summary for your other providers

The program guarantee: your outcome is defined and agreed in writing at the Roadmap. Complete your visits and your home program — if you don't feel you got the value you paid for, I'll refund you. That call is yours to make, not mine to argue. Re-scoped if the diagnosis materially changes.

Founding-patient pricing: the first 5 program patients receive a discount off the price above in exchange for a written review and outcome data. 3 of 5 spots remaining.

Stay-Strong Tune-Ups

For program graduates — stay ahead of it.

Quarterly re-assessment

$250 / quarter (~$85/mo)

  • Objective strength & movement re-testing against your baseline, using the same measurement kit from your Roadmap
  • Program update
  • Early-catch screening
  • Your numbers, tracked over time in your own performance dashboard

“Won't insurance PT be cheaper?”

Run the numbers: a typical insurance plan of care is 2–3 visits/week for 6–8 weeks — 12–24 visits of copays ($40–75 each) plus your deductible, with 20–30 minutes of hands-on time per visit, much of it with a tech. Most patients pay $600–1,500 out of pocket for that. The Reset costs the same or less, every minute is with a fellowship-trained specialist, and the price is tied to your outcome — not your visit count.

A few questions

Why cash-based?

Insurance PT is built for the average patient on an average timeline — visits capped, time capped, everyone gets the protocol. Cash-based is what makes one-on-one time, direct text access, and an outcome guarantee possible.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Yes — HSA & FSA are accepted, and superbills are provided for possible out-of-network insurance reimbursement.

What if I just want one visit?

Individual visits are available after your Roadmap for situations that don't fit a program — see the note below. Most patients choose a program; it's better care and better value.

What if you find something PT can't fix?

I tell you, refer you to the right person, and the Roadmap has still done its job.

Individual visits

Single visits exist, but they're gated by whether you've had a Roadmap — not a menu item for anyone to book cold.

Hard rule: new patients don't book a treatment visit — or a single service like dry needling or a gait assessment — without a Roadmap first. That request is the Roadmap under a different name, so that's where it starts.

All care is provided directly by your physical therapist — never a tech or assistant. Superbills provided for possible out-of-network insurance reimbursement. HSA & FSA accepted.
