How I consult
Residency & fellowship development
I have coordinated and taught in orthopedic residency and manual therapy fellowship programs for over a decade. I help programs design curricula, structure mentoring, and build the clinical-reasoning backbone that accreditation and great teaching require.
Clinical mentoring
One-on-one mentoring for clinicians who want to sharpen how they reason, not just what they know. Mentorship done well is the highest-level teaching there is — building the way a clinician thinks, case by case.
Technology in private practice
I design and ship software. I help practices integrate technology that actually fits their workflow — from patient-facing tools and content to the systems that track education, documentation, and outcomes.
NICA & clinical case consulting
I consult on difficult therapeutic cases for organizations involved in the management and care of patients — including my work with NICA — bringing a thorough, well-reasoned physical therapy perspective where complex cases need clarity.
